Peter Wilson
Qualifications: LLB (University of Melbourne). Peter is the Managing Director of Nevett Ford. He has developed extensive experience in all areas of litigation. He has developed a strong interest in alterative dispute resolution and is an accredited specialist in Mediation.
He is also an experienced speaker and delivers workshop papers on Corporate Governance.
Peter works in our Ballarat office and is active in assisting clients in a range of estate litigation matters.
Apart from his legal career, Peter is also active in the community and is the Chairman of the North Ballarat Football Club (VFL) and a member of the Council of the University of Ballarat .

Gregory Doran – Director
Qualifications: LLB (University of Melbourne). Greg is a director practicing in our Melbourne office.
Greg is a member of the litigation practice group with extensive experience particularly in resolving client’s claims in all manner of litigation. Greg has successfully handled numerous estate disputes.
Greg is also practice as a Barrister at the Victorian bar and continues to appear regularly before courts and tribunals.
Greg is a volunteer at the Essendon Community Legal Centre and a member of Amnesty International, Plan International and Medecins Sans Frontiers.

Paul is a director practising at our Ballarat office. Paul heads the Ballarat corporate and business law practice groups. This team of four lawyers is the largest in Ballarat.
As a specialist in business law he practices in all business related matters including taxation, business structures, trusts, retail tenancy and company law.
He is frequently consulted by clients seeking his expertise in estate and business succession planning, asset protection and complex will making.
Paul is the chair of commerce Ballarat. He was previously a Councillor at the City of Ballarat.
